Three more deaths from wood alcohol poisoning were reported yesterday, bringing to 38 the number of persons who have succumbed to the deadly ■ potions along the Bowery’s “Skid Row” in New York.

It as reported yesterday that many of the derelicts who congregate in the area bought the poison in a shop and drank it under the delusion that straining it through a felt hait would render it harmless.
