Crystal Ice And Rosco

DUNEDIN. May 9 The chairman of the Crystal Ice Company, Ltd.. Mr H. H Walker, has advised that at the request of the Rosco directors the closing date for the conversion offer to Ronco had been extended In a statement to the New Zealand Stock Exchange. Mr Walker said: "This reques’ has been made because a number of replies had not come to hand and also to give the Rosco directors time to prevail upon some of the former creditors to change their minds.” Mr Walker said a progress report on the matter disclosed over 85 per cent, acceptance.
