"Prizes like crayons and pencils seemed best, because they have never had * anything like this before In India, Lady Hillary will be joined by two other women, Mrs Ann Wilson. wife of Mr J. Wilson, a climber with Sir Edmund .Hillary’s expedition, and an Americanwoman climber
Lady Hillary said it wm not certain whether they would be able to fly from Katmandu to Khumjung—l2 miles from Mount Everestby helicop’er, as they nad planned. There was some uncertainty whether there would be a pitot available to fly the Russian-built machine.
The Hillarys are planning to camp in the Himalayan foothills during the early part of the monsoon to photograph the alpine flora which bursts into bloom ait that time
