TWIN DECEPTION

(New Zealand Press Association)

WELLINGTON. May 8. Two 17-year-old girls who attended separate Wellington colleges on Tuesday were not ail that they seemed. Each girl was attending the other’s school. And they went through roll calls and lessons undetected.

The girls are identical twins. They were aided in their deception by the fact that at one time they both attended one of the colleges involved.

The main challenge in Tuesday’s exploit faced the girl who was attending a school she had not set foot in before but with a detailed briefing from her sister on the location of classroom and desk, homework to be expected, and the routine of the day, the girl got through. They’ve decided to complete their scholastic careers in their own schools.
