FIVE SECTIONS SOLD

Subdivision At Cashmere

Five sections were sold for £6900 when 12 sections in a subdivision, in Whareora terrace, Cashmere Hills, were offered at public auction yesterday. The auctioneer was Mr E. G. Keenan. Two sections were sold for £l5OO each. The other three sections brought £1475. £1325, and £llOO.

More than 30 persons attended the sale..

A section of 24.3 perches at 34 Kellys road. St. Albans was sold for £625. The auctioneer was Mr J. Dyer. The opening bid was £5OO. There were five bids of £25.
