Riccarton House Brings £2000
Offered on account of the estate of F. S. Billingham, a house at 6 Freyberg avenue. Riccarton, was sold for £2OOO at public auction. The auctioneer was Mr R. A. C Smith. The opening bid was £l5OO. There were three bids of £lOO, two of £5O, and four of £ 25. The house has three bedrooms, lounge, kitohen-living-room, bathroom, and laundry. A garage and workshop are also on the section of 26.3 perches.
