Offered on accout of Mr F R Mehrtens. the auction drew a fair attendance Bidding started at £lOO an acre, and rose by bids of £5 to £l3O by £1 to £l5O. and by 10s bids to the selling price
The property is all heavy grazing and cropping land, sub-divided into tour paddocks
