( N.Z.P.A. -Reuter— Copyright) ATTALLA (Alabama), April 25. The sheriff'* office in Attalla today announced an arrest in the case of a Baltimore postman who was found shot to death by the roadside near the town on Tuesday night while making a oneman anti-segregation march to Mississippi, the Associated Press reported. The victim. William Moore, aged 35, a white man. had been planning to discus* the racial issue with Mississippi's Governor (Mr R. Barnett).

The sheriff, Mr H. Richards, said the arrested man was “a suspect.” He declined to identify him. and said that no charge* had been made.
