Rankings In Squash
G. A. Davidson, the tenthranked New Zealand player, and M. J. Simons, selected for the South Island last season, head the first Canterbury squash rackets ranking List issued for this season. As in previous years the ranking list will be reviewed twice, in midseason and at the end of the tournament and inter-club programme. The rankings are: G. A. Davidson and M. J. Simons (University), P. L. MacKenzie (Christchurch!. D. J Triggs (Officers’ Club*. P. M. Hill (University), R. G Patti nson (Ch ristchurch). M. R. Blank i Officers’ Club), N. W. McGillivray and L. G. Milne (Christchurch), B. J. Shirlaw (Collegiate), G. C. P. Beadel • Officers' Club), J. H. N. Pine (Collegiate). Apart from normal challengers, all inter-club and tournament matches automatically affect the ranking list.
