DUNEDIN, April 14. The weather was fine and the track tor the Waikouaiti Trotting Club’s annual meeting at Waikouaiti on Saturday. F. Oliver was fined £5 for careless driving in the Waihemo Handicap. In the same race .Watt Tyler was unable to be driven out because of a rein breaking. In the Hawksburv Handicap dividends were held up during the hearing of an objection into the breaking of Smokey John and Hoana short of the pbst. After hearing the evidence, viewing the photographs of the finish and taking into consideration the margin* the objection was dismissed.
D. J. Campbell was fined £5 for the late scratching of Stella Globe from the Waikouaiti Three-year-old Stakes. Result* :
