Box 2682, Wellington, hereby invites tenders for the purchase of two properties in dhristchprch, together with all buildings thereon. LOTI Containing approximately 1 rood of land, has frontages to St. Asaph street and Southwark streets. On the St. Asaph street frontage there is a two-storey building. The ground floor has staff diningroom, toilets and a store area and, on the first floor, offices, toilets etc., and storage space comprising approximately 1800 sq. feet.
