MORE LAVA ON BALI
Soekarno Visit Unconfirmed (N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) DJAKARTA, April 5. President Soekarno left Djakarta in his private aircraft today and was said to be on his way to Bali amid official reports here that Mount Agung was likely to erupt again. His departure was shrouded in secrecy and a palace spokesman declined to confirm that the President was going to Bali. The official Indonesian Antana news agency said today that moire violent explosions from Mount Agung volcano were “most likely.” A spray of hot lava was flowing with “enormous velocity” right down the south-west slope of the volcano about 25 miles from Den Pasar, the capital of the island.
