Property At St. Martins Offered by the estate of Thomas Loftus Jones, a house at 76 St. Martins road was sold for £7225 at public auction on Friday. The auctioneer was Mr N. H. McCrostie. Built of weatherboard with a tiled roof, the house, which is about five years old, has three bedrooms, livingroom, and kitchen. It also has two open porches. It was a mortgagee's sale. The Government valuation is £2700. The rates are £33 7s sd. Sixteen persons attended the sale.
