Lyndon-Waiau Many housekeepers were supplied by the LyndonWaiau branch of the Women's Division of Federated Farmers last year, the retiring president (Mrs H. Belton) reported at the annual meeting. Barnes; vice-presidents, Mesdames C. Davidson and Cartwright; secretary, Miss K. Harris; Jreaeurer, Mrs Robertson: advisory members, Mesdames E. S Barnes and C Davison. Auditor. Mr Kingston; delegate to executive, Mrs Lloyd; tompetition secretary Mrs T Bond; sales table. Mrs Fronting; committee, Mesdames Boerlage, Guilford, E E Barnes, Terris and Dunlop Methven Mrs W Weir was elected president at the annual meeting of the Methven branch of the WD.F F Other officers elected were: Vice-presidents. Mesdames W J. Rouse and W R Drummond; secretary, Mrs J McCloy: assistant ; secretary. Mrs A Lessk; treasurer. Mrs A. Wilson; advisory members. Mesdames Milne and Weir; delegates tr executive, Mesdames Weir, Rouse and McCloy; competitions convener, Mrs J R Lattimore; hostess convener, Mrs A McKay; reporter. Mrs Lattimore; committee. Mesdames R. Thomson, Lineham, C Chambers. J. R. Miles, A Rawlinson, E. A. Mangin, and J. Hendry. Waimairi-Papanui Mrs L. Cooper, vice-presi-dent of the Canterbury provincial executive, presided at the annual meeting of the Waimairi-Papanui Women’s Division of Federated Farmers.

Trophies presented by Mrs Cooper were as follows:—Mrs Royce Nicholls silver tray (for most points), Mrs D. Russell; Clegg Cup (runnerup). Mrs E. Glynan; cooking points, Mesdames E. Glynan. D. Russell, and G. L. Cooper; sewing points. Mesdames H W. Shields, M G. Fergusson.
