Development In Egypt Claimed fNJI^A.-Reuter—Coppright) LONDON, March 18. “The Tunes” today reported that Egypt was said to be working on a rocket warhead which would scatter radio-activity over large areas. The Tel Aviv correspondent of “The Times" wrote thait an Israeli source told him that Dr. Otto Franz Joklin, an Austrian specialist in radiation sources for medical purposes, had gone over from Egypt to Israel late last year after he "discovered Cairo had been misusing his services for purposes contrary to the rules of international conventions.” The correqxmdeut mid: "The source declined to discuss the details of Cairo’s radiation work but said the Austrian specialist worked closely with senior Egyptian Army officers and with a German team which was developing rockets.”
