KASHMIR TALKS TO CONTINUE
(NX.P.A.-Reuter—Copvright) CALCUTTA, March It India and Pakistan decided to carry their Kashmir negotiations into a fifth round in Calcutta tonight. The chief negotiators, Sardar Swaran Singh (India), and Zulfikar All Bhutto (Pakistan) were to decide later tonight on the date ano venue. Western observers described the atmosphere at today’s meeting as “somewhat better."
