Assailant Not Identified (N.Z. Press Association) NAPIER, March 13. With dirt on his face and a short length of baling wire hanging loosely round his neck, a youth struggled to his Miaraenui home Last night after he had been attacked The youth, Terence William Lavery, aged 20, was later admitted to the Napier Hospital for treatment for shock and minor injuries His condition is not serious. Lavery was returning home about 11 pm. when he was attacked. A man crept up behind him while he was placing his bicycle in an open shed at a neighbour's house. A scuffle took place, after which the assailant made off and Lavery was able to struggle home.
