Honour Wanted For Churchill

Congressional action to make Sir Winston Churchill an honorary American citizen •vas called for today by the “Washington Post.” The gesture would be a “national tribute as unique as the main it honours,” the newspaper said. The paper was commenting on the unanimous approval accorded by the House Judi- ! ciary Committee yesterday to a resolution to make Sir Winston Churchill a citizen.
