BUS DRIVER COLLAPSES
Seven Die In Crash (NX. Press NEW YORK, Mar. 5. Seven of the 11 people aboard a small hospital bus died yesterday when the driver coltapoed ait the wheel and the vehicle skidded Into New York’s East river.
The bus bounced off a sea wan and eame to a halt near the shore but strong currents swept it Mtt out into the river, under 20ft of icy water. Fire department and Coast Guard boats and akin-divers were used in the rescue operation.
Ute bus driver, who is presumed to have suffered a heart attack, was among toe three men and four women who perished. .
