Latest Profit £22,790
Testro Brothers, Consolidated, Ltd., Melbourne, earned a profit of £22,790 for the year ended June 30 Last. Profit comgrares with £9696 previously and is after tax £3464 (down £3600) and depreciation (8026 (up £3947). A dividend of 8 per cent, requires £BO4l.
Issued capital is £100,505 in £1 shares. Messrs R. C. Testae and K. R. Testro both own 50,001 shares. Court Move Testro Brothers, Consolidated, Ltd., has taken Supreme Court action to caH off an agreement in which it paid £235,000 for a controlling interest in Gamsson Industries, Ltd.
Testro took out a writ against Mr P. W. Garriseon, Liberal member of toe Legislative Assembly for Hawthorn, and Garrisson Holdings Proprietary, Ltd, of East Malvern, from whom it bought toe interest last May
