Nat. Mort.' Dividend.—A steady interim dividend of 3 per cent, is payable in sterling on April 1 on National Mortgage A and B shares. The total payment for the last two years was 10 per cent.—(P.A.)

Adelaide Steam. Adelaide Steamship Company, Ltd., increased net profit for the halfyear ended December 31 compared with the corresponding period of the previous year. Interim dividend is unchanged at 3 per cent.

I.C.l.A.N.Z.—lmperial Chemical Industries of Australia and New Zealand. Ltd., lifted the value of sales during the first quarter of the current financial year compared with the corresponding period of the previous 12 months. The • chairman, Mr K. G. Begg, told shareholders at the annual meeting in Sydney yesterday there were signs during recent months that the economy was still improving.— (N.Z.P.A.)

Matings Dividends. Mallng and Company, Ltd., Christchurch. announces the payment of an interim dividend of 2 1 /, per cent, on preference capital and 5 per cent, on ordinary capital. Last year interim 21 per cent, preference was followed by a final 24 per cent., making 5 per cent, for the year, while ordinary interim 5 per cent, was followed by a final 6 per cent., making 11 per cent, for the year. The latest dividends are payable April 1. ex dividend the same. day.—(P.A.) .

Milburn Interim.—The Milburn Lime and Cement Company, Ltd., interim dividend is 3] per cent., payable March 20. ex dividend March 11. Last year’s interim 31 per cent, was followed by a final 6} per cent., making 10 per cent, for the year.—(P.A.)
