Competition Was Keen

Competition was keen in the Papanui High School girls’ championships. Judith Paget and Kathleen Doran tied for first place in the senior event, Ruth Cox won the intermediate section by four points from Karen Jones, and Jennifer Wilson beat Marilyn Middleton by only two pointe in the junior championship.
