Lowe, former assistant secretary of the Australian Department of Trade, said today. Mr Lowe, who led an Australian trade mission to New Zealand in 1958, has resigned from the Department of Trade to head the export sales division of John P. Young and Associates Pty., Ltd. Mr Lowe, a New Zealander, will leave for the Dominion on Monday for trade talks. Mr Lowe will be accompanied on his trip to New Zealand by his wife, formerly Miss Grace Usmar. of Petone.
