Resumption Next Month (N Z P A.-Reuter—Copyrig M) KARACHI, February 11. India and Pakistan have decided to continue their Kashmir negotiations next month, probably in Calcutta, the Pakistani External Affairs Minister (Mr Z. A. Bhutto) and the Indian Railways Minister (Mr Sardar Swaran Singh), announced after a meeting last night The announcement said the negotiations would enter the fourth round from March 9 to March 12. Mr Bhutto said: “We feel there is a basis for continuing these talks.” He told a press conference earlier today that the two points of view in the dispute seemed at the moment to be ‘‘irreconcilable.’’
