Soccer SUMMER PLAY PROPOSED
(N.Z.P. A .-Reuter— Copyright) LONDON, February 10. Scotland's soccer administration will consider switching its season to the summer to beat the weather. The management committee of the Scottish League has called all League clubs to a meeting on February 25 to discuss the proposals.
