Sentence Reduced On Appeal
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON. Feb. 7. A sentence of three year*’ imprisonment imposed on Arnold Reedy Ooeroa, aged 22, on each of two change* of theft and breaking and entering was reduced on appeal to two year* on each charge by Mr Justice McGregor in the Supreme Court at Wellington today.
