WORLD BANK POST

Dr. P. D. Sears Declines (N.Z. Press Association) PALMERSTON NORTH, February 6. An overseas appointment with the World Batik in South America has been declined, “in the meantime,” by Dr. P. D. Sea,ns, director of She Grasslands Division of the D.5.1.R., in Palmerston North. Dr. Sears received advice of the aopointmenit in December offering attractive conditions. He said then that several things would have to be considered. Dr. Sears declined to comment today on any specific reason for saying that he would not be accepting the appointment.
