SEVENTH DAY ADVENTISTS

Visitors Arrive At Camp More than 150 tents had been pitched. and visitors from all over the South Island and overseas were arriving yesterday at the biennial session and camp meeting of the South New Zealand Conference of Seventh Day Adventists at Chaneys.

More than 600 persons will attend the gathering from today to February 2. They will live in 200 family tents. A tent seating 1000 will be used for meetings. The main purpose of the conference is to appoint nominating committees to elect officers and administrative leaders for. the next two years.

The days will be divided into various activities and discussions, with special catering for each age group. The camp superintendent is Pastor H. R. Christian, of Timaru.
