Rapido For Auction
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Jan. 23. The brilliant three-year-old, Rapido, will be put up for auction at Trentham tomorrow. This was announced by the auctioneers, Wright Stephenson and Company, Ltd., and Pyne, Gould, Gutness Ltd., during the sale of yearlings at Trentham today. Several overseas inquiries have been made for Mr W. B. Priscott’s Gold Nib colt, which has won the Wellington Stakes and the George Adams Handicap at the Wellington Cup meeting.
