14 On Plane Feared Lost (N.Z. Press Assn,—Copgright) LISBON, January 23 A Portuguese Air Force DC 4 with 14 persons on board was believed to have crashed into the sea last night near the Canary Islands, the Air Force announced today. It was the second major air accident Involving a Portuguese plane i that area, said the Associated Press. On November 23. last year, a plane with 32 persons on board crashed at San Tome, killing 18.
