HALBERG HOLDS LEAD.—The New Zealand runner, M. G. Halberg, leads from A. San Romani during the second stage of the 4 x one mile relay between New Zealand and the University of Oregon at Trafalgar Park, Nelson, last Saturday. The New Zealand quartet of Halberg, W. D. Baillie, J. L. Davies and P. G. Snell repeated its earlier victory against the Oregon team, at Auckland.
