Rise For Main Grade Lamb

Both new season’s and old season’s New Zealand lamb rose by %d per lb in. the main 29-361 b grade on London’s Smithfield market this week, according to the Meat Board market information service. There was quiet trading for light pitchings of New Zealand mutton. Hoggets were at 13Jd to 16d per lb, wethers Hid to 14}d per lb, and ewes 9d to Hid per lb. New Zealand beef was not quoted.
