No Decision Reached (N.Z.P.A .-Reuter— Copyright) TOKYO, January 9. Japan is still without a president for its Olympic Organising Committee. The-Japanese Prime Minister (Mr Hayato Ikeda) yesterday rebuffed a request from the serving members of the committee for Government ’‘advice” in appointing a successor to Mr Juichi Tsushima. Mr Tsushima resigned when the Japanese committee became Involved In the complications about the Games in Djakarta last year. They were to have been the Asian Games, but international sports organisations refused to recognise them as such when Indonesia declined to admit athletes from Israel and Formosa.
