Big Savings Expected (N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, Dec. 17. The shareholders of the Hinuera and Sunny Park cooperative dairy companies have authorised their directors to make arrangements tor a merger of the two companies. Under the terms of the merger, which was recommended by the directors, all
manufacturing activities will be centred on the Sunny Park factory at Te Pot. It is expected that by concentrating on one manufacturing unit big savings will be made in capital and operating costs.
