PAPANUI PUBLIC LIBRARY
Successful Year Reported “It is quite apparent that the library is ding a worthwhile service in the Papanui area and there is obviously a good spirit existing between the library and the community.” said Cr. H. G. Hay. a newly-elected vicepresident of the Papanui Library, at the annual meeting. Cr. Hay said it was most pleasing to see the library in such good heart financially.
