Sumner House Passed In
As it did not reach the reserve price a small house ait 8 Campbell street, Sumner, was passed in at public auction yesterday. The property was offered on account of the estate of D. A. Holloway. The auctioneer was Mr D. C. Wilson. The house, which is on a section of 20 perches, comprises a sunroom, livingroom, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. The house was offered complete with floor coverintgs.
