Geraldine Property A freehold farm of 533 acres, practically in its virgin state, was sold for £19.721 at public auction at Geraldine yesterday. The property was offered by Messrs Pyne, Gould. Guinness Ltd . on account of the estate of A. G. Macdonald. The auctioneer was Mr P. Finch. Bidding started at £2B an acre. The farm was finally sold at £37 an acre.
