Debate on Portuguese oversea* terrisxxies was put off until next week by the United Nations Trusteeship Committee because no delegate was ready to take the floor today. The committee has been debating Portugal'* alleged non-compliance with the United Nations Charter, by dedbning to submit information on territories under its administration, notably Angola and Mozambique.
