The High Commissioner (Dr. Felix Schnyder), of Switzerland, wouM be requested “to continue his good offices, in agreement with the Governments of the countries concerned, to provide assistance to the Chinese refugees in Bong Kong.” The committee adopted the resolution by 41 to 19, with 32 abstentions and 18 delegations absent.
