The pro|perty was offered on account I of the estate of John Cameron i Gibb. The auctioneer was Mr R. G. Bell. More than 40 (persons attended the sale. Bidding started at £2300 There were four bids of £250. one of £2OO, two of £lOO, and! two of £5O.
The house, which is on a 35.5 perches section with a [long frontage on the Wai(rarapa stream, contains a lounge, two double bedrooms, a single bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom, and laundry. There is also a garage on the section.
A modern brick home on a section with a stream boundary at 77 Fendalton road. Fendalton. was passed in at £6400 at public auction. The property was offered on account of Mr D. Matheson. The auctioneer was Mr R. R. Livingstone. Bidding started at £5500.
The house comprises two double bedrooms, lounge, connecting dining room, kitcher ette, and bathroom. There is also a large garage.
