Chinese Near Drug Ship (NZ. Pr«** A**>u—CopvrtoM) SYDNEY, Nov. 17. The body of a Chinese crew member of the Dutch freighter Tjiwangi was found floating in Sydney harbour yesteirday. Last Monday, Customs officers seized more than £30,000 worth of heroin from the vessel when it arrived in Sydney from Japan. It was the biggest single narcotics haul ever made by Australian Customs inspectors.

The dead man was Hung Hin Cheung, aged 49, married. with five children. His family lives in Hong Kong. He had been with the shipping company, the Royal JavaChina Packet Line, for six years, but it was his first voyage on the Tjiwangi. Police later took from his locker two letters, one of which they said was in the form of a will.
