Martindale three for 25) beat Wellington 174 (G. P. Bilby 58, M. Hughes 38; N. Huxford four for 71) and 200 (G. A. Snowden 40, J. Herbert 39, J. A. L. Gibson 38. T. G. McMahon 35, M. Graham six for 48). Karorl 136 and 246 (P. H. Standidge 46. W. M. Loewenthal 42, R. J. Beveridge 30, W. F. Smith 30; A. P. White three for 67 H. A.
