R. J. Skelton On Double R. J. Skelton will ride Double in the Lfc Bons Handicap, second leg of the double at Mertukarara on Saturday, but she will not be his mount in the Stewards' Handicap at Riccarton toe fol. lowing week. Skelton’s mount in the main sprint on New Zealand Cup day will be the Orari mare, Gold View. No definite arrangements about a rider for Double in the Stewards’ Handicap have been made yet, but the mount is likely to go to W. D. Skelton. R. J. Skelton’s other mounts at the Banks Peninsula meeting include Rhythm Rein, which he will also ride in the New Zealand Cup, and Bonanza Gold. Other riding engagements for Motukarara include:— N.
