BULK WHEAT RECEPTION.—Eight silos have been built between two railway lines at the Medel Flourmilling Company at Rangiora. The underground hopper has three openings, two of which can be fed from rail or road transport and a conveyor running the length of the silos at the rear can also be used for unloading from rail. Between the hopper and the silos is the screening plant and elevator.
