Bank-Robbers’ Appeal Fails

(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Oct. 12. The Court of Appeal, in a reserved judgment delivered by Mr Justice Turner today, dismissed an appeal against conviction brought by John Sydney West and Ronald Weir Totley, who were convicted in July of stealing £6388 10s from the National Bank of New Zealand at Stratford.
