An unexpected (form which developed last night off Puerto Hico threatened today to postpone the projected six-orhtt apace flight of the United States astronaut, Commander Walter Sc+nrra, on Wednesday. A weather forecast said that the atom was centred about 420 miles east of Puerto Rico with winds of up to M miles an hour. The winds were expected to increase today. The atom waa moving on a path which would bring it into the area in which Commander Sehina is expected to land if he completes only three orbits, the forecast said.
