SPOT MONEY MARKET

Fourth Dealer Approved (N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, Sept. 28. Mr E. C. Fussell, who recently retired as Governor of the Reserve Bank, is chairman of directors of the fourth and latest approved dealer in the official shortterm money market. Approval of the new company, Short-Term Deposits, Ltd., Auckland, was announced by the Reserve Bank today. The company was previously announced as ShortTerm Acceptances <N.Z.). Ltd., but has since changed its name.

Shareholders in the company are the National Insurance Company of New Zealand. Ltd., the Government Life Office, the Prudential Assurance Company, Ltd., the Provident Life Assurance Company, Ltd., the United Dominions Corporation (South Pacific). Ltd., and Buttle, Wilson. Rutherford and Company, Auckland sharebrokers, and Forsythe Barr and Company, Dunedin sharebrokers. The directors are Messrs Fussell. R. King J. S. Rutherford and R. F. Barr.
