Electric*! Association.— Electrical appliances should not only be in working condition, but their safety should be ensured by testing, said Mr A. L. Frenah, a Municipal Electricity Department inspector, at a recent meeting of the Canterbury branch of the Women's Electrical -Association, The meeting was a repairs and do-it-your-self evening, with Mr French as lecturer and demonstrator. The president (Mrs A. Schumacher) presided and thanked the speaker.
