Orari Sprint “Probable”

Gold View would run In the Federal Handicap at Wingatui on Saturday, but no decision had been made about her programme for the Geraldine meeting on Monday, said Gold View’s Orari trainer. L. H. Pratt, yesterday. She would probably run in the sprint at Onrf. but a final decision would not be made until he had consulted her Fairlie owner, Mr H. M. Coutts.

Gold View is an acceptor for the Geraldine Cup and the President’s Handicap at Orari, but in the former event three scratchings are required before she can start.

R. J. Skelton, who will ride Personify in the Geraldine Cup. will ride Gold View if ahe runs in the President’s Handicap. Skelton’s other mounts at the meeting are Loch View, Chattel and Fair Note.
