Dog Nuisance
Sir, —As a resident of Clyde road for several years, I support the comments of “Good Doggie." There are many dog? in thss area that are allowed to roam at will, day and night, fouling lawm. shrubs, driveways and doorsteps, not to mention the morning paper, which is my particular concern. What action can be taken to stop this health menace? —Yours, etc., BAD DOGGIE. September 6. 1962.
